Hair extensions before&after + review

BELLAMI HAIR EXTENSIONS

before & after

We were not all blessed with long and thick hair. My hair as seen in the photo on the left has been recently cut quite short because I didn't get a hair cut for over a year and my hair was left dead and split.  So my hair is now short but healthy. I love the look of long thick hair and anyone can achieve this look simply but adding in clip in extension. Clip in extensions are a lot more versatile than permanent hair extensions as you can customise the length depending on where you put them and depending on the style you are going for having this flexibility will give the nicest result in my opinion.

I use the Bellami extensions which can be purchased at:
www.bellamihair.com
I have the Bambina 160g 20' extensions.
But there are shorter, longer and thicker options available.
My extension colour was done my a professional hair dresser so it's not one of the colours Bellami offers.
If you wish to colour your hair extensions my hairdresser recommended buying a dirty blonde set of hair extensions as it is easier to darken hair extensions than lighten them as they have already been processed by quite a bit of colouring products.

Bellami extension review

The extensions are double drawn meaning they are as thick at the top of the weft as they are at the bottom. This for me separates Bellami from all the other extensions I have purchased over the 3  years I have been wearing extensions. I have brought extensions off eBay for $60-80 and they have been stringy and thin at the ends. This will make it very noticeable that you are wearing extensions, and will not have any longevity. Since I have been wearing Bellami extensions I will constantly be told my hair is so thick and long and people are always surprised when I tell them that it is not my hair, but it is extensions. Bellami's feel amazing and do not need to be washed as often as other pairs I have owned. The team at Bellami are also very quick at responding to emails and also very friendly which makes being a customer a whole lot easier.
My extensions were $159.99 and although it may seem like a lot of money compared to prices on eBay it is really worth the money. It is important to invest in a quality set of hair extensions if you want them to look natural and last a long time.
I have tried multiple brands of hair extensions and nothing I have ever tried even comes close to Bellami.

FASHION FAVOURITE OF THE MONTH.....

BANDAGE SKIRTS!!

My fashion pick of the month would have to be these V cut bandage skirts, I have accumulated 5 of them in the past couple of months with my pics being: Black, Silver, Hot pink, Lime Green and Red.
These bandage skirts can be brought at many different stores and are usually the brand 'show pony' these are high quality bandage skirts, so they look expensive and will flatter your body. The skirts have a V cut at the front which makes them different to the average bandage skirt, I also love how these bandage skirts have the exposed zipper at the back. These skirts with a simple cropped top is perfect for a night out clubbing , or you could even chuck add a dressy top for a dinner date. I love how the skirts look on the body and the bright ones are sure to grab attention. I usually buy mine online as it is cheaper, usually $30-$40 when you would usually pay around $60+ in store. I love these bandage skirts rather then the typical bandage dress which you can only get one wear out of ( let's be honest ladies) I love that you can wear the skirts more then once by changing up the top, shoes and accessories. These bandage skirts are definitely my pick for the month, obsessed at the moment!!

GET READY WITH ME

This video will show you how I achieved the hair and make-up that went along with my outfit of the night. No look is completed without the right hair and make-up.This is my favourite part of getting ready! All the products I used are listed below in order of use.

OUTFIT OF THE NIGHT (CLUBBING)

A simple outfit can be eye catching when done right by adding a bright skirt with a simple cropped top. The colour of the skirt will catch the light and grab peoples attention. Add some simple heels with little to no accessories and you're set.

OUTFIT OF THE NIGHT (CLUBBING)

You don't always need to wear tight clothes out clubbing,
Sometimes it's nice to change it up and go for something soft and flowy.
A jumpsuit is so much more comfortable to wear out, this colour will catch the light and move around, and I absolutely love the open back on this one :)
